The Mapleton Medical Center is a unique complementary or blended medicine program which practices integrative medicine: a combination of conventional and alternative medicine. We believe that at the basis of all chronic disease states is a nutritional imbalance.
We offer a variety of methods which allow us to assess the nutritional status and prescribe a nutritional support system for healing and maintainence of health.
Health, fitness and nutrition are essential elements in our physical and mental wellness.
Nutrition plays a very important role in our health, providing necessary nutrients to our bodies.
The benefits of a fitness program from walking, to running, to riding a bike, if done regularly can yield some surprising results.
The Mapleton Medical Center is here to guide you on your path to a healthly, fit lifestyle. We are advocates for nutritional support and the healing of the body, mind and spirit.

"Medicine should be focused on healing rather than disease. Doctors should support the natural healing capacity of human beings first, to prevent disease, and heal the body, mind and spirit."
